Rental Policies & FAQs

Submit your requirements through our rental requirements form. The form asks for:

1. Social media accounts — 1 of 2 accepted unless otherwise required. Accounts go through validation, so use your main account (dump accounts are not accepted). Also provide 1 character reference along with their personal Facebook profile link — this should be a family member, friend, or relative.
2. Proof of billing (required) — 1 recent billing statement under your name and address. Accepted sources: digital shops (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop), bills (Meralco, Pag-IBIG, bank), or similar. The address must match your submitted ID.
3. Valid ID (required) — at least 2 valid government IDs, plus 1 video of you holding your IDs while stating your name, the date, and the equipment you're renting. Students may use a school ID together with a Certificate of Matriculation. See the Data Privacy section below — this is collected for rental purposes only.
